Staging is not decorating. Decorating is optional...Staging is manditory. It is not about making repairs. A home for sale becomes a product. If you went to a department store and found a piece of clothing you had to have, it was the only one of it's kind but there was a button missing. Wouldn't you expect a discount? If you expect top dollar all those minor repairs you've been putting off need to be addressed. It's not about cleaning and decluttering.
